My answer: Culture is the sum of a group, diverse or not, formal and informal systems, personal behaviors, beliefs and values. Your opinions are yours, mine are mine. Who cares! If your concern is having a diverse culture for a work environment then your priorities are not aligned with ours and this is not the place for you. We want people who work hard, have fun doing it and want to make lots of fucking money! We only want like minded and motivated people around us who are smart, driven, and hardworking! Oh, and be thick skinned because fuck your feelings.
